These terms cover your use of Capybaroar, a service run by Perceptric ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must give correct sign-up details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done in your account.
Your content
You own the posts, media and data you add. You give us the rights we need to store them and publish them to the channels you connect. You must have the right to post everything you schedule.
Connected channels
When you connect a social account, you also agree to that network’s own terms. Networks can change or limit their APIs, and we can’t promise a post will publish if a network blocks it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Capybaroar for spam, harassment, illegal content, or to break any network’s rules. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Open source
Capybaroar is based on Postiz and is licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0. The source code is at github.com/dev-perceptric/capybaroar.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. If you keep using Capybaroar after a change, you accept the new terms.
